Program Terms
CLEAR EXPECTATIONS. PROFESSIONAL FOLLOW-THROUGH
These Referral Program Terms govern participation in the Strong Referral Program offered by Strong Quality Roofing LLC ("Strong Quality Roofing"). They explain when a referral qualifies and when the $250 reward becomes payable.
1. SUBMIT BEFORE CONTRACT
The referral must be submitted before the referred customer signs a contract with the Company.
2. QUALIFYING PROJECT
A full roof replacement, full siding replacement, full gutter replacement, replacement of six or more windows, or another exterior replacement project approved by the Company. All qualifying projects must be located within Williamson County, Tennessee. Qualifying roofing, siding, and window projects must have a total project value between $15,000 and $24,999. Qualifying gutter projects must have a total project value between $5,000 and $24,999.
3. NEW CUSTOMER
The referred customer must be new to Strong Quality Roofing and may not already appear in the Company's active lead or customer records.
4. EXCLUSIONS
Repairs, inspections, maintenance services and previously contracted projects do not qualify unless approved in writing by the Company.
5. ONE REWARD
Only one reward will be paid for each new customer or property. If multiple people refer the same customer, the first eligible referral received will qualify.
6. WHEN PAYMENT IS EARNED
The $250 reward becomes payable only after the qualifying project is completed and the customer's final invoice is paid in full.
7. PAYMENT TIMING
Eligible rewards are generally issued within 30 days after all program requirements have been satisfied.
8. ACCURATE INFORMATION
The referring customer is responsible for accurate contact information and for confirming that the referred person agreed to be contacted.
9. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
Employees, owners, subcontractors, vendors and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible unless the Company approves the referral in writing.
10. ADMINISTRATION
Rewards may not be combined with another referral or promotional offer unless approved by the Company. Strong Quality Roofing LLC may verify eligibility, reject fraudulent or duplicate submissions, interpret these terms, and modify or discontinue the program at any time. Participation is subject to applicable law. No purchase is required merely to submit a referral.
